Our Health Guarantee
We ensure healthy, happy Ragdoll kittens through our comprehensive health guarantee policy for adopters. We offer a 1-year genetic health guarantee covering life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions.
All kittens receive vaccinations, veterinary check-ups, and are free from genetic defects.You will receive a copy of the health record and veterinary certificate with your kitten.
Our relationship doesn’t end when you take your kitten home. We are here to support you with advice on care, nutrition, and transitioning your Ragdoll into your home.
Health Assurance
Upon arrival at your home, you have 72 hours to take your new kitten to a licensed veterinarian for a wellness check. If any health concerns are found at that visit, and are confirmed in writing by the vet, we will:
- Take the kitten back (if desired), and
- Offer a replacement or refund, based on the vet’s findings
